We read other reviews on this park and their website and decided to stay here rather than the park we have stayed at before. A mistake as the other park is a better value. Sites very narrow. Your tip outs are over your neighbors site. To pull away you have to make sure your neighbor moves his truck. Pool small but nice and not heated as stated in their web page. Help hard to find when you need things like propane. I would not stay here again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

I stayed here for 3 months, so the $12/night reflects monthly rate plus electricity. Very neat and clean RV park, owner on premise and most helpful. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Not a bad park for overnight or just sleeping between activities. We made a reservation for a premium corner back-in and found it to be one of the worst sites in the park and moved to a standard back-in. Lots of old, old rattle-trap RVs that appear to be permanent. Be aware that Wi-Fi is not free and that dogs are limited to 20lbs unless approved ahead of time. Again, not a bad place but not one of the greatest we've stayed at. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Older park with narrow interior roads, level concrete sites. Would have used the pool more if it had been heated. Great location right in town, right across the street from Paradise Pond, one of the best birding locations we have ever been to. Would definitely return. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We made reservations at this park to see some family members that stay there for a couple weeks each summer, our stay was three nights. Upon arrival the first thing you notice is that the park is older and shows its age somewhat. The majority of the sights are narrow in width and seem to have been layed out before the advent of the slideout rooms that most rigs have today. Our neighbors awning was inches from touching our slideout. There is no room between sites to set up a table and grill or anything that most campers would use to create there own space. If you wanted to do this it had to be done in front of the rig as the driveway was long and concrete There are many permanent residents and transient residents who leave their rigs parked all season and some possibly all year. Many of the permanent residents do not maintain there spaces to what I would consider an acceptable condition. The manager, who I believe was the owner as well, seemed to be indifferent to any problems or concerns that were brought to his attention. I say that this park is family friendly because there were several children around, but the layout does not create the safest environment for riding bicycles nor is there a playground. The one plus I can say about this park was that it was in the middle of town and offered easy access to most of the attractions on the island. If you are looking for an overnight stay this place would be suitable, but if you are looking for better amenities and better beach access for an extended stay, there are better choices that meet those criteria. We camped here in a Motorhome.
