This RV park is part of CRA group of campgrounds. (Colorado River Adventures). They offer a 3 night for 10 dollar visit, if you can sit through their 90 minute 'membership' sales presentation. We love this part of Arizona. Gorgeous mountains, the water of the Colorado River/Lake Havasu, some greenery. We stay in this area often at other parks, so we thought we'd see what this park offered. All of the water view sites are filled with park models and they have a lot of them. The RV sites are on several different levels as this area slopes downward to the river/lake. Sites are tight, our 40 ft. fifth wheel took the entire length. Other tow vehicles/toads are parked in empty sites or partially blocking interior roads. If it were really busy here, it would be a zoo. They do have a cute, 9 hole golf course at an inexpensive rate. One pool/spa for the entire complex is also used by residents as well as there are three different motels on property. They have a marina. They have a restaurant. They have an activity schedule many months. Included Wi-Fi at our site was 2 bars, limited AT&T cell. Generally satellite TV will work, but there are some trees. Provided cable TV had a few channels but was very snowy. The overall appearance of this park is dated. Storage everywhere. Many sites near us had rigs parked, but nobody living in them. Boats, RV's, golf carts, trailers, storage buildings as you drive in. They are installing new park models in parking areas. There was a whole field full of rusting metal, junk, etc., hiding behind a wall of plants. Their non-member nightly rate is $50 or more (with electric added): way overpriced for what you get. A membership in their system is in the many thousands, plus yearly fees. This location is beautiful, but spoiled by the crowded conditions, lack of upkeep and dated systems. We will continue looking and not return. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

The pool is an oasis surrounded by tall palms, and the pool is over 50 feet long with 5 water spouts. The lake is easy for kayacking. The people are friendly. Has dog beaches and good food and drink. The Wi-Fi is kind of iffy: great start then kills the end of your movie. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We stayed here for 2 nights free for listening to a presentation for a campground membership. If you do not have a water craft, this isn't a very nice place to stay. The electrical hookup pole 'moved' when I plugged it in. The cable box was laying in 2 pieces on the ground. We were packed tight with a rental in front of the 5th wheel making hookup a challenge. The pool was 'closed' for repair (and this was June). We 'won' a free 20 nights of camping but only in that campground, no weekends or holidays. So it really wasn't worth much. I really wouldn't stay here again unless I absolutely had to. Oh, and the $50.00 a night they advertise, there was a BIG banner saying $10.00 a night with full hookups. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This park was taken into the Colorado River Adventures (CRA) system recently and they are in the process of upgrading the facilities. We stayed three nights on a free basis in return for listening to a sales pitch which was quite pleasant and low key. As it is, it is perfect for boating and fishing but only a 7 for RV'ers generally. There is very good free Wi-Fi but only marginal Verizon cell phone service, satellite TV is good from most sites. There are two marinas but no pool or hot tub and no clubhouse or store. There is an excellent full service restaurant with views overlooking a marina. The resort is at the Southeast end of Lake Havasu near the Parker Dam and views of the Lake and surrounding areas are beautiful especially at sunset. We look forward to the many improvements planned by the CRA and will stay here again when in the area. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Beautiful scenery right on river. Beautiful marina but it was off season, so no boats docked. Motel/condos owned by different company than RV park, so might be different goals. No pool/spa in RV park, but we were able to use both at the condos up the hill. Cement pad, nice but cracked. Restrooms clean but in need of paint. Good restaurant. Joined CRA here, but BEWARE of salespeople. They will lie to you to get you to join. Very upsetting! Get everything questionable they tell you in writing in case you decide to change your mind about membership. Will remain members, but not because of the salesmen! We camped here in a Motorhome.

Stayed here for a week. VERY noisy during the weekends. Loud stereo's and drunken parties; golf cart & ATV's racing on gravel roads until early hours. Restrooms & showers in poor repair and dirty; unstocked. Cable T.V. doesn't work. Recreation room un-usable (being used as a storage room). Swimming pool not accessible except to hotel guests. Park caters to park models more than R.V.'s and is in a generally run-down condition. Would NOT stay at the park again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
