Very nice well maintained TT park. Large spacious flat sites. Shady with lots of trees. Wi-Fi is super here. Best of all the TT parks I've stayed at. TV is a problem if you don't have a satellite dish. If you have trouble getting any stations, rotate your antenna 180 degrees and re-scan. Putting the mast on the opposite side of the trailer helped, but still only can get one major station. Got 14 other public TV stations. All in all though, it's not a deal breaker. Nice views if you want river front, or lake front. Huge Olympic size pool for summer. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed here as a member of C2C. We felt uncomfortable here. There are mostly permanents and most of the trailers are rundown. We only saw a few traveling type RVs in the park. There were security forces patrolling (which is good). However, one of them mentioned to us that there has been a lot of theft by residents. The hookups are not good. The electric and water are on the passenger side way to the front of the lot; the sewer is on the driver way to the back. We just did not have enough extensions on the sewer to connect to that. We have no idea what the planners of the park had in mind when they designed this park. The streets are not paved and there is lots of dust. There is a nice large picnic table. The security guard said they have the second largest pool in the county and we verify that it was huge. We booked this park so we could explore the Assateague/Chincoteague area. We hope to be gone all day so we won't have to look at the dismal surroundings. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We camped here using Coast to Coast. Sites were back-in and they need some work to trim away branches. They don't look like they have been worked on. You have to work to get level. It was quiet and the staff is very friendly. It is a membership park and most spots are seasonal. Nice short drive to Chincoteague. Not a destination spot but it's ok for a night or two. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a private campground, not open to the public, but it is available to Coast to Coast members (hence the $8/night rate). There are over 2,000 deeded lots, and 10 sites for C2C members. Sites are very large back-in sites, but only six of the sites have full hookups. There are hundreds of full-time and seasonal residents. It is heavily wooded, but the C2C sites all have clear shots at satellites. We were there in November, so I don't know what it's like when all the seasonal residents are there. While we were there, it was quiet and very pleasant. There is a "general store" on site that has basic groceries, somewhat more than you generally find in campground stores. There is no garbage collection facility in the campground, so everybody has to schlepp their garbage to a couple of huge containers outside the gate. We camped here in a Motorhome.
