Just a gravel parking lot along side the highway, this park offers nothing more than a place to overnight. Some large trees offer a bit of shade, but sites have no grass, tables, and are only identified by the hookups. Almost exclusively long term residents; we were the only transient RV during our stay. Free cable TV and good Wi-Fi, and Verizon cell was marginal and there was no aircard service. The manager was very friendly, and the park is convenient to shopping and dining in Brownwood. This is the only park in town, and next time we'll adjust our schedule to avoid overnighting in the area. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a great little park. Have stayed here for 10 weeks, and it has been good. The manager is wonderful, and will accept mail and packages if you have them sent to the campground. We have a nice wide site, but some others are much smaller. We have cable in the back row, but only two sites in the back row have cable via a very long extension run across the road. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This was the best park in the area; not a resort, but adequate. Right next to a highway that carries a fair amount of traffic during the day, but very little at night. Cable TV has limited channels and three sites share one access point, so you may need a long cable; however, the manager found one that she lent us. Cable was only available on the row closest to the highway. The manager was friendly and very nice. There is only one shower for males and one for females, but I only had to wait on one occasion. All sites are unpaved and fairly close together. We were in the park for about two weeks while working in the area and our rate reflects the weekly rate; the normal daily rate was $25. There were other campers in the area that appeared to be in the area because of work, but most left before or about the same time as us. No one appeared to be a long-term resident. We would stay in this park again. There is limited cell phone connectivity in the area. We were told that some small regional providers have managed to keep out the national providers. We were told by several local residents that ATT/Cingular, Sprint nor Verizon users are able to get a signal within a 30-mile radius of Brownwood. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Just basic..large rock surface, lots of holes and dips. No one in office entire day or night we were there, filled out form and put check through door. Right on hwy 377, road noise very loud even with a/c going. About half of the park is permanent. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Very basic RV park with pull-through sites with full hook ups, clean restrooms, shower, Wi-Fi, and Laundry room (1 washer and 1 dryer) - no other amenities. Close to Howard Payne University. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
