Easy to find. Easy access. Owner greeted us. Pull thru site. Easy drive in. Got 1/2 off with Passport America. Extra $10 to dump. Our cost was $23.50 hmm!! Saw very few FHU's. Laundry OK. Beautiful area. Canoe & kayak livery. Nice clean park. Would return. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Came for a night and stayed 3. Very friendly management. We were able to use PA 50% discount for 2 nights: rate showed in full rate. Very poor Verizon aircard connectivity as well as both Verizon and At&t phone. Sites were well spaced apart and there were only 3 others parked while we were here. Not too far from the sites in the middle of the UP. We would definitely come back. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We camped for 8 nights with a group of up to 36. The owners were VERY hospitable and accommodating. They knew everyone's names and were extremely helpful in advising on local attractions. The campground is centrally located to many of the U.P.'s attractions and even to lesser known ones that we were informed about. The kids play area is nice and well kept, showers and bathrooms were very clean and comfortable. Prices are fair with ice, wood and goodies available. Kayak's and canoe's are in good shape and the river trip was awesome! Not a single person in our group was less than thrilled about the campground, sites, facilities, amenities and location. We would happily return and we suggest you go as well! Tell them the group from South Haven says: HI! We camped here in a Tent Trailer.

This is a nice place, I enjoyed it and would stay there again. I have a residence in the area and camped here for a few days in the summer of 2007 due to a personal situation. It is centrally located and allows for day trips to Pictured Rocks National Park, Tahquamenon Falls State Park and Big Spring State Park. Seney National Wildlife Refuge is about five miles to the north. The lady who owns the place was very friendly and helpful. She is also a real estate agent so if you are in the market for property in the area, she is the one to see. The sites are larger than most places I've camped. We camped here in a Motorhome.

A pleasant campground on the bank of a small river. All sites are on grass and most are well shaded. Canoes and kayaks are available for rent but there is a noticeable current in the river. Very quiet spot, nice playground for children and the washroom is excellent. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Nice park in an excellent location. We recently stayed 4 nights and found this to be a convenient location to explore the "UP". The park itself is clean and quiet, with pleasant owners and park hosts. Canoe rentals are available on site and some sites have a great view overlooking the river. Seney National Wildlife Refuge is only minutes away by car, slightly longer yet still accessible by canoe and an excellent place to visit. Lake Superior's Painted Rocks and Shipwreck Museum are about an hour away. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
