This is one of the cleanest parks we have seen. Staff and campers are very friendly. Our site is spectacular (Passport America, 2 nights). We were a bit hesitant to come here based upon reviews, but seriously, can't think of a negative. We will always stay here when in the area. They even ensure that all RVs are at least 3' off the road - both ends on pull-thrus. VERY level site as well. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Park is around a pond, 1 mile walk around. We stayed for 1 month (960mo) residents all wave and say hi but beyond that you're part of the clicks. Not many park models but many lot "owned'. No true activities director, few planned events and some cancelled because there weren't enough "owners" attending. Airport right next door with small planes flying 200 feet over head all day long. We will look else where next year. They also add electric than a admin. charge of 6 bucks and then another charge of 6.25 for?. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

This 55+ park/resort is surrounded by a lake, and situated in an industrial area and beside an airport! Between commercial trucks, cars and airplanes, it is very, very noisy. Restrooms, shower and laundry facilities and the park itself is clean and tidy. The pool is heated with hot tub. Wi-Fi is extra, no cable TV. Mostly owner sites which are well kept. Rentals are on grass and the park is attempting to sell. People are extremely friendly, but found the small clubhouse empty except for activities. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a relatively new and very clean and tidy park. Most guests are retirees who live seasonally in RVs or park models, but several dozen unsold spaces are available to transients. These spaces are on grass in the sun. The park is in a quiet rural area (and it can be hard to find). The clubhouse hosts activities such as pancake breakfasts (quite good), pot lucks, crafts, movies, bingo, socials, etc. The pool was heated during our visit (February), and there is a fruit & vegetable market each morning. People are especially friendly. We enjoyed our stay very much and extended it twice. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We spent 3 nights at this park and found it to be delightful. Very friendly. Even invited us to an all you could eat fish fry on Friday night. (I can eat a lot.) My wife uses the bathrooms and I use the camper’s shower. She reported that they were very clean and that the laundry was nice. There is a large lake in the center and campsites all around. Nice club house and recreation hall. It is close to a private airport and we did hear several airplanes during the day, but it was not offensive. We had a pull thru site, but I would say there are about half and half back-ins. Roads are paved and most sites have a pad. WiFi is available. We stayed in a motor home in Jan 2007 and we will be back. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Noisiest campground I have ever been in. within hearing distance is a very busy airport, a sheriffs gunnery range, an auto race track and a very busy road full of dump trucks. All good sites are captured by the long term leasees, the rest are just bare spots in between two campground roads. There is only one payphone to service the entire camp. Electrical voltage some times drops to 93 volts on a warm day, at best it is erratic. Campground rules are posted, but not enforced. We camped here in a camper.
