After finding the RV Park in Carlyle full of oil workers I had a pleasant surprise when arriving at this campground. There were plenty of new sites available with not only full hookups, but 50 amp as well. An oil pipeline company working in the area built the new section of the park for its workers and left it to the town. The new sites (including ours) are basically gravel with no landscaping. The hookups are located towards the rear, but no extensions needed. Water lines had heat tape so it may be possible to extend the season for use. The sewer drains are six inches above grade so needed a sewer hose support. Tables are provided as well. All utilities worked fine. No cable TV and only 1 fuzzy channel off the antenna. Wi-Fi was only fair from our site as it was quite a distance from the source. Try the Saskatoon berry pie found in the Log Cabin information centre. I would stay here again if in the area. We camped here in a Motorhome.
