This is an older park in need of lots of attention. It is just barely capable of a 40 footer with a tow vehicle. Getting in and out is not for the faint of heart. On the plus side, electric was fine, water pressure fine. Site was level. This is not a destination park, but okay for just an overnighter. Call for directions. Rate is high for what you got. $27.00 is with a discount. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Not the nicest park we've stayed in, but still one of my favorites because it has a "community" feel and I've gotten to know many of the people who live here. The manager is nice and easy to deal with. Most of the people are here long term and are allowed to have storage units and to build decks and such. There are several pull through sites for overnighters, some are shaded. There is a pool, but it is not always clear and clean. The roads are OK, but have some potholes. This park is conveniently located near just about anything you might need: grocery store, restaurants, shopping, and even a hospital just across Highway 59 from the park. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
We stayed here for two weeks to finalize our going full time. The owner is very nice, however I believe that the area is being swallowed up by new freeway construction and the owner must be waiting for highway dept to buy them out. It needs a lot of maintenance care and the sites are 80% permanent residences. The quiet time is not observed because people were cussing late into the night, which kept my wife awake. A lot of traffic noise coming from the freeway. We camped here in a Motorhome.
