Very nice RV park. Friendly staff. Waited for us to arrive, as we were slightly past closing time. Very accommodating. Site was a bit of a chore, as we remained connected and the pickup was quite a bit higher than the trailer. Wasn't bad, though. Their clubhouse is amazing! It has a big screen with sound system, fireplace, kitchen, dining room, pool table, card tables, etc. Nice clean pool. Would rate a 10, but for two reasons - and they are small. 1st: Location. You have to drive through hillbilly alley to get to it; off the beaten path. It would be more suited for a family camping vacation due to this than "passing through", but it was still beautiful. We took pictures which is something we rarely do of a campground. 2nd: The roads are gravel and slightly hilly which causes the rain to erode somewhat, but it wasn't a problem and wasn't too bad. Just being frank and open. We WOULD stay here again. Our rig is 36' long. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Will love to return in a few years and see how it's changed: they are adding cabins to complement the cement pull-through slabs. Everything we saw was great except, like most of East Texas, be prepared to combat ants in the summer. Not far off a state highway but located in the country and secluded. Surprised more haven't found this campground. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Rate reflects nightly rate for small rally group, dusty roads, nice concrete slabs, wifi weak but reliable, grill on site good food & prices, good utilities, 40' RV w/toad had no problems with trees on access roads or park roads as cited earlier, we would stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Rate reflects weekly rate. This is a nice park still making improvements/additions. We found the staff extremely friendly. I cannot with a clear conscience say it is "big rig friendly". Chinaberry Road is narrow with low branches and there were low branches inside the park. Sites are concrete, some with concrete patios. There are several ponds but we did not fish. We had Verizon signal problems both with our cellular and our internet connection. The Wi-Fi in the park was difficult to find and we were never able to connect to it. There is a sulfur smell related to a plant of some sort next door. Beautiful clubhouse but the pool was closed in late September when we stayed. We would stay again if we did not need cellular and if there was not something more big rig friendly and convenient. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Nice clean park, bathroom was spotless. We were put in unfinished area so it was pretty muddy. Manager argued with me over length of our bus conversion. Never told us about Wi-Fi and was overall pretty rude. We camped here in a Motorhome.

A very nice park in a rural setting. Great clubhouse with a fireplace, kitchen, pool table, lounging area, and three TVs. Individual shower/restrooms are super clean and well maintained. The manager is always available and keeps the whole place in order. They continue to add sites with perfectly level concrete pads. Fishing pond with not license required. Park is 1.2 miles off TX155 on wide and RV friendly oil road. Plenty of signage to direct the way. We will definitely stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.
