This campground is very nice for what it is, a primitive non-hookup campground. They note that they cannot accommodate RVs over 35 feet and that is true. We are 27 feet long and had no problems. We stayed in site 22. If you look on their website you will see that they show sites that can handle larger RV's. It should also be noted that they do not have an RV dump, so come with empty tanks. The CG is wooded with nice spacing between sites. There is a road close by with some traffic but it calms down at night and is not a problem. There are some nice hiking trails in the park and park staff are very friendly. They also open much earlier in the season that other state or private parks. We would stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Stayed in site #19. It was a good back in site and was level side to side but not front to back. Quiet hours started at 10 PM and generator hours were from 10 AM to 7 PM. This campground is much better suited for tents and very small RVs. All sites are very shaded reducing the breeze and also increasing the presence of mosquitoes. Most importantly, they had notices about their drinking water being contaminated on each of there spigots. NOT a good sign. Stayed one night: would not stay here again. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
