Definitely a communication problems. Called two weeks prior to book for a three nights stay. Asked if we could bring our own wood, was told yes but was not informed there was a fire ban. Never told that the pool was out of commission before booking, when we did ask once on site, we were told that it was gonna be working hopefully that day, but the whole decking around out was torn out for repair, obviously was not a small fix and was not fixed by the day we left. The store was open at random hours, couldn't quite figure out the hours. We were there for four days and not once did the washroom get cleaned and never had paper towel or soap to wash your hands. Was quite difficult to figure out which site was what number and no help from staff on site. We would definitely not go there again. We camped here in a Motorhome.
The park itself is beautiful, set in among mature trees. A sign warns of no units longer than 25 feet. Even with a 22 foot trailer, we found it difficult to maneuver through the park. The hostess was not particularly friendly, or helpful. The hookups are placed in the wrong locations, with the result that we had to drive into a back-in site, then use the next-door site to free up our tow vehicle. She then booked a fellow camper onto that site while we were away from our site. That meant that when we went to leave the next morning, we had to have the neighbor move off his site in order that we could get our tow vehicle to the front of our trailer to hook up. The dump station cannot be accessed by a 22 foot trailer easily. Although the camp itself is quiet and beautiful, we will not be returning. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
