This is a very popular campground and is usually full most weekends. Arrive early in the week for a first-come first-serve site. Odds site are reservable. Very clean neat park, with outhouses and water spigots throughout the park. Each site is large and roomy, only one we saw that our 40 ft rig would not fit in. Trees are very close to the road, so not for the squeamish to drive through. Our wide-body motorhome just made it in a few places with careful monitoring to drive through the campground. Sites are large and able to have slideouts. Many are graveled and surrounded by timbers making a deck-area of sorts. The lake is a bit of a walk away, with swimming beach. A large log lodge building is available for family reunions, parties, etc. overlooking the lake. 2 walking paths go wayyy up to an overlook outcropping for spectacular views over the area. Dump station is available, but for $5 fee, even for the campers already staying in the park (first time we have seen that!). More development is ongoing in the back of the park for larger drive through sites and 50 amp service, as government funds allow in the future. All the sites are 30 amp presently. After you stay longer than 2 weeks, the price drops to $10 a night, and seasonal rates are available. Got a very faint sporadic air card and cell phone signal with AT&T. Digital TV stations fade out during the day but come back at night. We camped here in a Motorhome.
