The restrooms and showers are a bit dated but clean. The laundry is sufficient but only one washer was working. Friendly owners and employees, very helpful. The sites are level, but very close to each other. There are a lot of annual residences. A very large park with lots of room to walk or ride your bike. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Very friendly staff. Kids loved the pool. The restrooms are a bit dated, but always clean and maintained. The laundry area wasn't working, so they called someone and had it repaired the next day. They were accommodating and kind. We enjoyed our stay here. Would stay again. We camped here in a Tent Trailer.
This park is a dump. Roads are narrow; road I had to take to get to pull-through site was partially washed out and deeply rutted. Restroom was a long hike from our campsite and smelled of old urine. Mostly full-time or seasonal, several sites look like they had not been maintained in months. Noisy gas golf carts are everywhere. Lots of dogs. Staff was polite. Pool needed cleaning. We will avoid this campground in the future. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
This is NOT a BIG RIG park. Nor a park for any motorhome. Yes, they will take your money and lead you 2 miles into their park to a field. On the narrow road in which no one can pass; you will scrape the sides of your motorhome on tree branches, side to side, top to bottom. There is no way in which to turn around other than backing into a TOO SMALL space on a dead end field site. Opportunity arises to get stuck in mud. Site we finally got had no hookups. Sites within this park are mostly trailers that are there year round or summer rentals. Campfires abound. Great place for kids, dogs and if you have a travel trailer. We camped here in a Motorhome.
I camped there and thought it was a really nice place to stay. They have two play grounds for the kids a pool and the staff is really nice. I will camp there again. Highly recommended We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
A nice mix of seasonal and weekend campers. Lots of stuff for the kids to do, including swimming, fishing, hiking and playgrounds. The park is beginning to show its age, the mini-golf course is in poor shape. The campground site (W3) that we stayed at was wooded and nice, although a bit tight on space, with trees making backing in even a pop-up a bit difficult. The main means of travel around the park seems to be via golf cart, which is a bit irritating at times. The restrooms were dirty, and there arent't enough of them for the number of campers in the campground. Quiet time is not observed too well, several people made a lot of noise until 1 or 2 in the morning each evening, but this was Memorial Day weekend. The staff is very courteous and helpful. We camped here in a Tent Trailer.
Most sites are seasonal, but they do have some pull throughs for weekenders. Campground
goes from wooded, to out in the open. All roads are either paved, or gravel. Swimming pool is good sized, and they have a sand volleyball court, along with a nice pavillion. Able to rent golfcarts for trails. Staff is friendly, although the store seemed to have strange hours on weekends. Game room was nice for the kids, as was the pond fishing. Wasn't happy with the restrooms, but since we had our own, it was no big deal. Would reccomend if you have children, small or otherwise, and if you are a self contained unit with shower and toilet facilities. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
