Camped in a 45 footer. Last 1/4 mile to the park entrance is gravel. Interior gravel roads and sites are gravel. Small section near the park entrance is for short stays consisting of large back-in sites with brand new utilities. Verizon Wireless had 3 bar signal and sat TV in this section was no problem. The larger section furthest away from entrance has mostly long pull-through sites with lots of shade. Sat TV will be a problem unless you have a portable dish and long coax cable. No Wi-Fi. Owners are very friendly. We camped after 3 straight weeks of rain. Park wasn't muddy, but there was an explosion of bugs. They ate us alive. Don't miss Sybil's Family Restaurant in nearby Jesup. Good southern buffet. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Rate is for Passport America. As mentioned in the previous review, this is a rural, wooded setting that is very relaxing. No train, no planes, and no road noise. The park is located at the end of a paved rural road. The interior roads are compacted sand and well maintained. The men's restroom and shower is very clean. The park appears to be well maintained. The owners are helpful and very nice. Just 5 miles from town, it seems more like a state park than a private Campground. Electric was stable and strong. I didn't need to use the water. No Internet or cable TV, but I did pick up a few TV channels using my antenna with booster. I would stay here again when in the area. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

The nightly price we paid reflects the Passport America rate, which is good any day for an unlimited number of days. This campground is less than a year old. It is located on lovely, quiet, wooded acreage. The sites are all pull-throughs and we had no problem with our 34' fiver and long bed crew cab pickup. Each site has a fire ring, and most have picnic tables. There is a large communal fire ring and covered eating area. Washrooms, showers and laundry facilities are excellent. There is no TV reception here, and no internet access, but it is a beautiful, peaceful spot just a bit out of the way. There is a man-made fishing hole with a ten fish per day limit, and a bit of a nature trail. You may see feral pigs, deer, raccoons, and there are many birds. We enjoyed our stay in this serene place. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
