It is a shame I am not rating this park as an 8 or 9. This is a gorgeous park - mostly all new. Sites are very nice, with good utility locations. Price is reasonable. Now for the bad - TRAINS. There is a very busy and noisy main railroad line that runs right past the property. If very loud noise all night bothers you, consider staying somewhere else. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Nice park with friendly management and people. The problem is the trains. They blow their horns all night. Once you're exhausted enough, you can sleep. Otherwise the park is a great place to stay. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Rate is for a week stay. We stayed here in Dec 2010 also. It is a new park, opened in 2010. Park is very clean and well maintained. Restrooms and showers are spotless. Sites are very large (concrete pads) and spacious, can accommodate any size RV. The only reason I did not give it a "10", they don't have Wi-Fi at each site yet. Owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. Shopping is close by in Sherman, TX or Durant, OK. We will stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a nice park...only open for 9 months. The only problem is the trains. They go constantly all night long and this park is right next to the tracks. Concrete pads, table, fire pit and grass. Very nice restrooms and showers..walking distance to the Red River where you can fish. We won't be staying here again because of the trains and them blowing horn all night long. Too bad because it's a very nice park. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
