Location was OK with access to shops and the ferry terminal. There's no spare space capacity, but the place would benefit from some additional facilities such as things for kids. The hosts were quite informative. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This park is all about location. Easy access to wide variety of shopping and simple access to the Larkspur Ferry Terminal offering travel to the entire San Francisco Bay Area. A visit here is not about the beauty of the park, it's about visiting the San Francisco area. Some long-term residents offered no ill affects: park is quiet and to the point. Excellent and stable Wi-Fi. Hosts very helpful and informative. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

It would be generous to call this place anything but a dump. The only redeeming features were the LOCATION (within walking/biking distance of Larkspur Ferry to San Francisco. Excellent Wi-Fi (Through Tengo) and full hook-up where everything worked and worked well. This is not a Campground as such. It is a Parking Lot for RVs & Campers. At $40/night PLUS TAXES it is a very expensive Parking Lot. Some serious effort needs to happen before I would rate this place above a one. Desperate people do desperate things. Like Stay Here. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
