The sites are large, but you are very close to the road, so you don't have much privacy. Our site backed up to a corn field, which was nice for some extra privacy. The road through the park was a little small, but we got through without much problem. The main problem with the campground was that the electric did not work at our site. We tried everything we could to get it working, but the whole pole - both circuit breakers - were not working. We tried calling several different numbers for help (all of which were listed on the paperwork received with our reservation), at least to try a different site, but no one answered any of the phones. We ended up leaving after the first night and going to another campground. It was very disappointing. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a very nice county park campground next to Beaver Dam Lake. There is a boat dock and fishing pier across the street from the park. The park is on a dead end road in a beautiful natural setting with trees and lots of grass. Very quiet. Sites are paved and large. All sites have 30 amp electric, but no water or sewer at sites. There is water available at the entrance to fill your tank and a dump station. Well maintained with very clean restrooms. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

The park gave us a wonderful camping experience. We liked the country atmosphere. Fresh water and a dumping station were available at the park entrance. Camp sites were spread out and had plenty of room between sites. Close to Beaver Dam if you needed some town atmosphere. We keep comparing this park to all others we have seen, and this one comes out on top. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
