After reading OK reviews on this city park, we decided to give it a try. Well, when we located it and drove into one of the spaces, we decided right away to just keep on going. The electric pedestals were all leaning over and did not look serviceable. The cover plates were missing on several of them, and posed a safety hazard. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Not big and fancy, but wide, level, paved pull through spaces with full hookups. The location is quiet, and offers tables and grills. The park is city owned and rate is free! There is a 3 day limit. The campground is located between the recreation center, and baseball field, but neither had any activity when I was there. Restrooms were closed for the winter. The city park. with a playground, is across the street. Sprint broadband reception was good. There are wrought iron signs on each highway showing the turnoff to the park. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
