This park was the closest to our son who lives in Gilbert which is why we chose it. This mostly a snowbird park with a lot of residents which was fine, except the area they put us was pretty crowded together. Since we weren't there much it really didn't matter to us. Very close to shops, restaurants, etc. Will stay again next time we visit our son. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Very good facilities, utilities, roads and access, but plan your entry if you're in a big rig. You can only make a right turn into the park heading south on Gilbert. Don't trust your gps to bring you in the right way. They advertise WiFi but it was down the 12 days we were here. This is a typical 55+ park in this area but this one allowed pets, so here we are and I guess I'm just not crazy about these types of 55+ residential parks. They allow transient RV's and can easily accommodate them, but there are mostly very old mobile homes and some are very dilapidated. I have to say though, that most of the residents do a very nice job with landscaping, gardens and decorations. The area is very nice, however, and we always felt very safe. We would stay here again but would make sure and ask about what they're parking us next to. The trailer next to us looked like it should've been condemned. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Easy check in with friendly staff. They gave us a nice wide site. The sewer hookup needed work but we managed. Primarily a mobile home park with spaces for RVs in separate area. Friendly residents. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
Easy park to locate off I-40, and near major roads and 202 loop in Chandler. Host couple is very friendly and helpful. Park is clean and has good paved roads. Pool and hot tub clean and well kept. Park has a library with a great deal of what to do in the area information. Park is primarily a MH park but RVers are made to feel welcome. We stayed 8 days and would stay here again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
