I wish I knew about this place last year when I stayed at a nearby, overpriced, RV Park in Alamo. All campsites are along the eastern side of the Upper Pahranagat Lake. Being a wildlife refuge it is a birder's paradise. There were hundreds of birds of various types. It was great waking up to the morning calls of the ducks. The views are spectacular, especially at sunset. There is no charge for camping, only a 14 day limit over a 30 day period. No hookups of any kind, just a few pit toilets. No generators allowed. I would definitely stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.
