Nice park. Roads are a bit tight for a big rig, vehicles parked partially on roads. Hookups worked well, Direct satellite cable which required a rental box hooked up to your TV. Owner hands on and very accommodating. We camped here in a Motorhome.
This is an outstanding park, they only have 30 sites which is very nice the wifi is very strong and the owner is very nice. Please be careful when entering in the address to your GPS navigation unit, you may want to double check with the owner by phone to make sure you're going to the right location as there are several places that it may send you by mistake up to 10 miles away. This was our issue but in talking to the owner on the phone he was very nice and accommodating, he waited up late for us which was really great. Owner said that they had only been in business for 17 months, but I have a feeling that with their great customer service they will be in business for many years to come. I know that we will come back to this part definitely when we visit St Augustine. Water and electric hook-ups and sewer were all in good shape and the sites were very level compared to other parks we have stayed.. We camped here in a Motorhome.
This is a relatively new park; the owner is very helpful and friendly. Wifi worked well; they are currently working on installing cable tv to all of the sites. Laundry room is very clean and reasonably priced. The creek runs right next to the campground, they have canoes and kayaks available, and it is the most beautiful creek and swamp to go through! The downside: some of the sites and roads are a little tight. We have a long bed truck and a 35' trailer and we had to be very careful. We would go back again. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
I stayed here for two months with the monthly rate of $325 plus tax and electric which you pay a $75 deposit for. This is a newer park with only 30 sites. The owner is very nice and is willing to help with anything to make his guests more comfortable. The park is well kept and in my opinion a great value for the price. There is a beautiful common area on Pellicer Creek and all of the sites have fire rings which is a bonus. It is located right off Hwy.1 and there was some road noise during bike week, but otherwise it wasn't an issue. The park does not have a bath house which can be an issue if you are in a smaller unit. There is cable in the clubhouse but not at the sites and there is no internet however the area gets 4G coverage if you have a phone to tether or a hotspot. There are a mix of long term residents and vacationers here. Everyone was very friendly. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
