Rate shown is based on a weekly rate. Park is older and a little run down. Spaces tend to be a little smaller but the park does have a couple of large pull thrus and some average size ones. The rest are smaller back-ins. Many trees and tight road but did not impact us moving around with our 40 foot fifth wheel. Main road is paved and sites are gravel and level. Nice quiet setting and a great value as regular daily rate is $22. Wi-Fi is free and worked great during our stay. There is cable but we did not use so I cannot comment. I was able to use my satellite dish in the park. There is a laundry room but he keeps it locked as he does not really want you to use it. It has one washer and two dryers. Park is about 6 miles from Helen, GA. and about 3 miles from the state park. I would recommend if visiting area as you cannot beat the value for a full hook-up space. We camped here in a Motorhome.
The owners were very nice. There were a number of leased/owned lots. The game room had air hockey and ping pong. The bathrooms were very clean and well kept. The site where we stayed, had a paved area for a picnic table. The price was very reasonable at $22 for full hook-ups, cable, wi-fi and paved area for table/chairs. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
Owners are very friendly and accommodating. Close to Helen, Georgia and Unicoi State Park. Park is clean and well maintained. Rates are very reasonable for area and include cable and Wi-Fi. Will definitely go back. We camped here in a Motorhome.
This campground was very nice for being close to Helen downtown. There were friendly
fulltimers throughout the park. Pets are very much welcomed. Pull thrus were rather tight. Management was nice and helpful. We never had a problem with utilities. In the evening the club house has karaoke for all campers. We have ressies for later in the year. We camped here in a Motorhome.
