If the tide is in, I guess you could call it waterfront. The rest of the time the bay becomes a mud flat. Great for birding. Some of the sites are very difficult to back a fifth wheel into due to narrow street and trees on the front corners of each space. 30 amp at our site, water and sewer on site. WiFi free. Nice pool and hot spa. Utilities in some sites are located in strange places. Guard gated. Secure, quiet. Not our favorite stop, but acceptable. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
Beautiful park. Unfortunately, many electrical hookups were nonfunctional and 15 amp only. Wi-Fi had good reception only in the office. Good for viewing shorebirds and quiet. We would stay here again. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
This is a resort hotel with an attached 38 site RV park. The RV park has a very nice infinity pool, spa and rec center. The electricity is higher voltage 135 volts, so if you have a surge protector, you will not get any electricity; typical of Mexico. Water pressure is good, but DON'T DRINK THE WATER. The park is right on the estero (bay), so it has a great view and when you want to go out, the hotel has a very nice restaurant/bar plus other resort things to do. It is very pricey for Mexico, but a nice escape from typical Mexico RV parks. The office recommended an RV wash company and we had the RV and toad washed on site. We camped here in a Motorhome.
