Hi and welcome to the forum. Suggest you use the "Home" section of this site. After you decide which area or areas of Florida you will be visiting, click on the state and scroll down the list of cities within the state on the drop down banner on the left and check out a few parks and campgrounds in and around those cities. You should be able to "average out" the reviews and find ones that you feel would be good choices to stay at, etc. This site is one of the best for doing that and we personally have stayed at many parks that we found from using both the reviews and the park's website. RVing is a fun lifestyle and it will take a few trips to get into the swing of it all but once you get going, everything will just fall into place and you'll start to feel like you've been doing it for years...................

Have fun keeping your kids entertained like this. Hide their smartphones if you can.............:D

    Safe travels, BankShot..............(aka Terry)

I fully agree with Momdoc regarding the Florida State Parks! Parks like Myakka River for instance, have much to offer the entire family. Probably the ultimate Florida park with lots to do nearby though, would have to be Disney's Ft Wilderness. Just make sure you bring the big wallet... :D
