Yep, we've certainly seen both sides of the "customer service coin", Terry. Fortunately, in 50+ years of camping and RV'ing, we've had many more positive experiences than negative ones. The negative experiences can sure spoil the day, or even an entire trip, but it's the positive experiences that make camping and RV'ing such a joy the rest of the time though!

You've been at it a few more years, actually quite a few more, than we have Dutch but we too have found that our positive experiences with parks and campgrounds have been heavily skewed to the positive side of that coin also. When we do run across a bad experience we just learn from it and make sure we never stay at that particular park again. We thoroughly are enjoying the RV and look forward to each new trip with excitement and with anticipation of the new folks we will meet and the many new and different places we will be visiting and seeing. Just around that next curve in the road is always something to look forward to for us...................

    Best regards,Terry.............(aka BankShot)
