Has anybody been to Florida after the hurricanes? We're thinking of heading to Titusville and Tampa in December 2017 and January 2018, but we're concerned about the availability of campgrounds and services. On to Tallahassee next and then head west along I-10 back to Las Vegas. Any insight would be appreciated.

Sarasota and Tampa are business as usual as is most of the state.

As far as I can tell, every RV park in Florida has reopened with the possible exception of one or two in the Keys. Those in the hardest hit areas may still have some ongoing reconstruction though. The bigger problem for RV'ers without advance reservations may be the influx of temporary construction workers and displaced homeowners filling up available spaces.
