Hello All, I am just about to take delivery of my new tow vehicle. A 2018 Toyota Tacoma! My RV Dealer said when I bought the trailer that I needed a brake controller to be installed on my tow vehicle. Are there any recommendations on which one to buy? Thanks!

Hi Paul & Susan I have been using the prodigy electronic bake control on my 2007 Tacoma since I bought the truck new. I'm going to guess your Tacoma has the towing package which should include all the towing wiring. I believe there is newer versions of the controller that is now on the market. In the 10 yrs of towing with my 07 Tacoma I haven't had any issues with the controller. Mike
